While hypnosis is not a magical cure that simply erases the pounds while you sit on the couch watching television it does help you change your attitude towards food and exercise. This is the key to reducing your weight and the key to keeping it off. These changes include eating the right foods in the right proportions, eating only when you are hungry and helping you to enjoy more physical activities. You can still eat the foods you enjoy, but will find yourself craving them less and less or in smaller proportions. You might even learn to like broccoli!
