What to expect. A minimum of three sessions is recommended for most issues. Please see the smoking cessation and weight loss/ management pages for their procedures. Included in the sessions I will teach you self hypnosis to reinforce your goals and help with new ones. The goal of each session is described below.

The first session will last about one and a half hours. This includes a free half hour consultation in which we discuss your issue(s) or goals and I explain more about hypnosis and what you can expect. You can ask any questions you like and then decide if and how you would like to proceed. If you choose to continue, I will hypnotize you, and afterwards we will discuss your experience. I will also teach you the first step to learning self hypnosis. The main purpose of this session is to get you comfortable with the process and to determine the best course of action to accomplish your goal.

The second session is about one hour. We will spend a few minutes discussing what changes you have noticed since your first session and how your self hypnosis has been going. I will spend the rest of the session using the hypnosis techniques I feel are best to work on resolving your issue and accomplishing your goal.

The third session is also one hour. We will again spend a few minutes discussing the changes you've experienced since your last session. I will do a hypnosis session to reinforce the positive changes you have seen or continue to work on any unresolved issues.

For most issues, these three sessions, your cooperation and the self hypnosis techniques are enough to eliminate or greatly reduce the problem. If you choose, you may continue sessions for other issues or simply for relaxation purposes. Most people find the sessions to be relaxing and rejuvanating.

$100 per session for first three sessions. *
$85 for any session thereafter.

*$25 discount for advance payment on first 3 session package. Due at end of first session. Discounts not available on sessions thereafter.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled without a minimum 24 hours notice will be charged $50.
